We appreciate that bringing your pet to the vets can sometimes be a time of anxiety. At Dacre House we aim to make your visit as stress-free as possible.
We have ample off-road parking reserved for our customers and a bright, comfortable waiting area in reception for when you arrive.
Our experienced reception staff are willing to answer any general healthcare questions you many have and to give advice on the day-to-day problems of pet ownership. We also have a range of petcare leaflets available on reception and information about local kennels/catteries, feed suppliers, training centres and more.
The practice has two dedicated consulting rooms, both fully equipped and well-lit. Dacre House is now computerised too, so vets have quick and easy access to each patient's previous medical history during the consultation.
All our consultations are by appointment (except in emergencies) and unlike many practices we allow 15 minutes for each consultation, so you can rest assured you will have time to discuss all your pet's healthcare issues with us during your visit.
